
Practicing self care is something that we should all take a lot more serious. I myself have been guilty of neglecting my own self care and making the excuse of “I don’t have time”or “life is real busy right now”. However making time for your own self care helps us to be able to function better in our everyday life.
I have realised the best way to practice self care is by practicing self LOVE!!! By practicing self love we are listening to what our mind body and soul needs unapologetically. Whether we need to take a break and do something we enjoy or giving yourself a cheeky little treat.
Think about it this way when you love something you put time and effort into making sure that it is well looked after and happy.
So why not do this for yourself!!!
