My Daily Habits….

What are your daily habits?

Well…I usually start my day off by laying in bed and staring into the ceiling for a few seconds wondering if I really need to go to work or if I should quit and just travel the world 😂. Once I come back round to my senses and realise that I really do need to go to work to survive in this world, then my day can begin.

We’re most people would start their morning with a coffee I start my with a hot chocolate (I’ve never been able to stomach the taste of coffee). I then do my morning stretches as it helps free my mind for the day ahead. After a nice hot shower featuring my shower karaoke playlist, I’m ready to start the day.

During the day I try to read at least one chapter of the book I am currently reading as well as keeping up with reading my daily affirmation for the day. Hydration is important so I have recently set myself the challenge of being able to finish at least 2L of water a day…i can tell you now i am struggling with this one but i get consistency is key!!! 😂. I also make sure i have time to write in my journal as a way to take the weight of the day off my shoulders.

I usually finish my day with quality time and cuddles from my babies can’t think of a better way to end the day!!! ❤️
