There are many things that worry me about the future, and the more that time goes by is the more that things feel uncertain. How can you not worry when life as you know it can literally change over night.

I feel like having kids makes the worries worse. You spend so long has a parent questioning the things of the future because it it the unknown and as a parent you always want to make sure that your kids have the best in everything and most importantly that they are safe. I know I find myself wondering things like who will look after them if I’m not here? Are they going to be able to achieve all the things they want? What will become of them in this society that we live in? The worries are never ending!!!!

I am someone who is always worrying about the future and sometimes it stops me from enjoying the present, but the unknown aspects of the future scares me. The fact that one day you could be planning your life with someone then the next it can all be taken away makes life itself feel so fragile.

To be honest there’s nothing I don’t worry about when it comes to the future, but i guess the thing that worries me the most is not being able to be there for my kids. The thought of me not being there to love and support them is definitely my greatest fear of them all.
