What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

Right now my sleeping pattern is in a complete mess!!! Some days Im asleep by 8 other times I’m waking up from a nap at that time 😂😂 and on those days I go bed at 1 or 2am. These days I’ve been watching love island so I need to be awake at 9pm to watch it after that I really should be going to bed but I’m usually hungry and need to make a quick snack, which again adds on a few hours.

My work life really does struggle because of the crazy sleeping patterns. Today for example I fell asleep at my desk and nearly hit my head on the keyboard 🙈!!!

I am trying to set a better bedtime routine because I’m sure my skin, body and colleagues would be grateful for it 🤣. X
