Think back on your most memorable road trip.

My most memorable road trip was definitely while I was on holiday in a Morocco.
We took a road trip from the city of Agadir to Marrakesh which was a 4 hour drive in 44c heat which was crazy. We left our hotel at 7am sharp with some of our fellow Londoners who were also staying at the hotel which was fun. This was quite early on in our holiday so we hadn’t really seen what life was like outside our resort, so we packed up on snacks and water and was ready for the journey ahead. Let me tell you something about the roads in Morocco they are nothing like the roads in London. The cars and coaches were driving at speed with minimal to no stop signs and traffic lights. Im not gonna lie i was a little scared because i felt like everyone drove for themselves with no rules, but surprisingly the drivers drove so seamlessly between each other. There’s no way that people could drive that way in London there would be crashes all the time. I was definitely enjoying the experience of being on the road in a different country.
One thing i would say is that the heat was crazy, there was no breeze at all i was melting in the back of the van but it was all worth it. The views were amazing and i have a new found love for camels (even though i was soo scared of them at first they are huge 😂). We saw so much economically as well which made me all the more grateful for everything i have.
Overall it was an amazing experience and one i will never forget.
